Tell me about your experience?
Round 1 with the Director was pretty straightforward about previous experiences and role requirements and set up a match between both. After clearing that round, was invited for Round 2 with two of the panelists. Now, it kept pushing for a few weeks, after a long delay the round did happen but only the director re-appeared, this time insisting to have a video on. 1 hour chat up and 1-month wait to know that I didn't clear the round. And that too, in a rejection template format. Most bizarre in all this was, when the 2nd panelist could not attend the call due to a family emergency, HR could have simply saved time and efforts of all by either delaying or just putting the entire process to hold, if that panelist was so important in the decision-making process. And if he wasn't that important at all, Director did already approved of me from the previous round, so why show up again. Don't know about others, But I do respect my and everyone else's time.
