My interviewer was pleasant and helpful. She answered all of my questions and concerns as well as conducting an assessment to see if the job was the right fit for me. I was somewhat surprised that there was a spelling test. It was not difficult though.

What does confidentiality mean to you?
Nothing too difficult to answer. You'll be asked about your strengths and weaknesses; about your prior jobs; what your former employers would say or think about you; how you found out about CapTel...etc.
What's your biggest weakness?
Are you able to maintain and consistent work schedule, how many times were you tardy at your past job.
The interviewer asked at one point how much I knew about the company and its services. I wish I had been better prepared for that one!
