They asked me to role play a counseling session with a student so that they could evaluate my approach to coaching, advising, and supporting students with various issues.
Must be ready to give real examples about past experiences that required you to show leadership/effort/initiative/etc. Ask you about customer services experience (which I do have) even though this program doesn't require any work experience, surprising.
