The interview consisted of questions regarding my experience and background, as well as some questions centered around the company's core values. The CEO and HR Director answered all my questions about the company and the position itself, and I was kept well informed about the next steps in the hiring process.

Questions were pretty standard. The difficult one would probably be along the lines of "when your faced with a conflict with a team member, what would you do? Give examples"
