they will ask you the normal questions that everyone asks you. then they will go over their Stupid 3 Pillars and ask if this is something you are ok with. If your applying for a csc position you need to know you will be working 12hr-15hr days and be ok with that!! If you are okay with this, then have a huge smile on you face the entire interview and don't ask about pay because this is a huge red flag!
What was I looking for in my next position?
The live interview with practical questions had a lot of questions like: "Tell me about a time when you ... " (e.g. dealt with a difficult client and needed to say no to this person)... etc.
What type of manager would you perform your WORST under?
No tricky questions were asked. Both interviews were relatively relaxed, informative interviews. I was administered a personality/placement test to determine if I was suited for the specific job.
They were related to my ability to sell, my network skills and my experience on dealing with big accounts. They were clear, concise and to the point. No personal - irrelevant- questions asked.
