When was a time were you dealt with a difficult situation
Personally, the most difficult question was in a more Behavioral-based interview where I was asked how I reacted to a certain situation and might have felt slighted. After answering the question honestly, there was a bit of a drill down for a more desirable answer.
Generic background & why do you want to work here questions. Specific questions with regards to client success competencies.
They had me complete 2 or 3 projects which then didn't come up again in the actual job. Pointless.
