They reviewed my resume with me and asked several behavioral and situational questions, as well as desired salary requirements.
General questions such as "are you eligible for rehire at previous jobs", "tell me a time when" about a thousand times over, "how specifically did you overcome a challenging situation", questions were all behavioral/situational and not about the position, there was no opportunity to really ask questions of the interviewers, the entire process felt very sterile and like a waste of my time because it was so repetitive.
