Half of the interviewers were technical/engineers, e.g. BDA and had no idea what the marketing role required.
One question that arose was coming from the background that I have, would I find this role not challenging enough?
What would you do if email open rates were declining?
Why have you held so many positions over the last 5 years?
How would you know that the digital change you make to the web site would make a positive difference?
Questions were about the previous experience & skills in promoting different events etc.
