Have your read the culture deck. What is an example of something you worked on that you were really proud of.
Questions ranged from discussion of skills and background to the dreaded, "What's your biggest weakness?" question to "How many siblings do you have?". CEO has a background in psychology so you're being psychoanalyzed to see if you're "a fit." I felt the CRO actually had pertinent questions about impacting the bottom line and had a feel for what the company needed in terms of what this role would be doing.
I was asked to prepare a presentation showcasing a strategic approach to the role in the first 90 days.
