In the assignment I was asked to come up with more ideas how engage with their community. However, one of their communities is a private Facebook group they didn't give me access to. Therefore it was difficult to get an idea of all their existent communities and how they manage them.
GIven hypothetical customer support cases and asked how I would respond to each. Not really surprising considering the nature of the role.
