Interview questions are focused a lot around your thoughts and views on Israel, which seemed weird to me when it's a charitable human-rights organization. CEO seemed very politically-motivated and inflexible about his views.

First interview was very loose. May vary with interviewee. Second interview was more demanding. Gave hypothetical questions on what I'd do if I run into an obstacle, and asked questions about my accomplishments in my previous experiences.
