A written test based on proof reading and error corrections which required basic grammar knowledge. The test was pretty easy. Had an initial HR interview which was the usual process on self introduction and salary details.

As I said before they were the very basic ones with some bigger questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years" and my favorite "how would you improve the localization office's performance". As if that was the job of an entry level junior position.
