If you were the owner or boss at your current job, what would you do differently?
The on-site interview was on my opinion lead in a bit of a strong tone, the person leading the interview seemed to be driven provoke stress in order to get answers or to know me. The only result for me is that I got a negative impression on the management style. Questions were focused on management style and how to measure people.

During the pre-recorded interview, they inquired about my enthusiasm for the opportunity, my background, contributions I could make, what distinguishes me, and why I believe I'd be a good fit. This had to be conveyed in a structured video, rather than the usual dynamic conversation of an interview, and all within a tight 90-second window.
