Question 2: Explain at a high level a solution would you propose the client use to address their problem? And what team members you would recruit deliver it? You are the lead project manager in your Capco team. You are tasked to advise them on how to approach this by inspecting the data they have available. A customer joins on a rolling monthly contract, and they can choose to auto renew or re-subscribe manually at the end of every month. A customer is considered to have left the service if there is no renewal of subscription 30 days after the expiry of the previous subscription.
