I was asked many questions on ML basics like formula for the logistic regression model, difference between l1 and l2 regularization and then about my research. I had difficulty in understanding the interviewer's questions/responses to my questions due to accent issues. I was also a little nervous during the beginning that probably affected my performance. I think one should prepare stories about every leadership principle since I had difficulty thinking of one on the spot.
How does LASSO work to reduce overfitting?

The interview consists of 3 rounds,1st was assesment consisting of sql mcq's and sql murder mystery,2nd round was technical which was of around 40 mins, questions were mostly from previous projects and resume,3rd round was also technical interview which was good , questions were from ML algorithms and anova.
