Very standard questions like explaining your background and why you want to work there.
Projects you did or participate how you deal with conflicts
It was mostly general behavioral/competency questions but there were lots of follow up questions that push you to give very detailed, honest responses. Overall I enjoyed the conversations and the info I gathered about the team and company during the interviews helped me make decision.

Usual questions: What do you know about our company? Describe your experiences and CV. Why do you think you have a good fit for this position?
On your team, how many "A" "B" and "C" players would you want. I said all "A" and the guy said but they will all want to leave, I said yes but they are the best people to have. It was very strange. I don't think it was an "apple" question just this one persons.
A KPI was developed by me to enhance operational efficiency for my previous employer. An Excel test focused on industry-specific scenarios.
