First it was based off the hospital questions which were clinical questions related to malnutrition, tube feedings, and how I conducted a NFPE. Then, they asked me sodexo related questions which were situational. 1. How did you deal with a difficult patient? 2. How did you improve communication with peers and when did it NOT work? 3. How would you conduct customer service? 4. Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how did you resolve it? 5. Describe a time you implemented a policy or procedure? 6. Describe a time you had a project that you did not think you would finish in time?
