How would you measure your success in this role? How do you deal with multiple projects/deadlines? How do you prioritize different projects? What is your biggest strength/weakness? Why/How do you think this internship will benefit you, what will you get out of it?
Questions were commensurate with the role. Things were, primarily, conversational and down to earth. There was no "What's your spirit animal and why?" or any type of gotcha questions. Everything was straight forward. They spoke to my resume. I was able to describe experience and how it was relevant. Then we dove into the company itself and how I could contribute there, even going so far as to discuss the current branding and how I, personally, would look to up-level existing assets. If I had to choose an overarching theme, it was Curiosity. I was left feeling more and more excited about the company and the team after each round.
