He said, "You know, its mostly people from a different background, mostly white" I was shocked, since I am from a different ethnic background. (brown). Screening interviews never happened and no questions asked.
Aside from discussing skill set and qualifications, they asked scenarios and solutions in dealing with difficult partners. I was also asked for the third interview to create a 5-slide presentation from a prompt they provided.
