What is the largest team size you have managed?
We mostly had a conversation. Due to my role and experience, there wasn't too many direct questions. They were mostly testing me for my proficiency within the specific space (ad-tech platforms) that I would be working in. Things were very conversational, but that can also be a trap, because I knew I had to appropriately direct the conversation and questioning back and forth for optimal effect.
