Question 2: As part of every acquisition you would be working with multiple senior leaders including executives and founders. Can you share a time when you had to drive alignment across execs or founders with different priorities? Question 3: Can you describe a situation where you had to build an integration plan from scratch? What steps did you take to develop the plan, and what were the key challenges and successes you encountered?

Be prepared to talk about all of your previous experience, what you bring to the table, and ask plenty of questions.
