Multiple interviews with headhunter, HR, future supervisor, future peers and business unit leadership. They happened both over videoconference and in person at later stage of the recruiting process. They wanted to know about myself, personality as well as skills, motivation and fit for the position.

On top of technical and skill related questions, they wanted to know my strenghts, weakenesses, personal profile and motivation for the job. Very detailed, consistent and thourough questioning and discussions.

1) Screening call with an internal recruiter
2) Phone call with the hiring manager
3) Onsite interview consisting of several hours of meetings, some 1:1 and others part of a panel, and some virtual.

Contacted to schedule an interview. Provided many open days. Interviewer "needed" to schedule further out. Provided those days. DId not get a response and reached out again. No response. 3 months later got an automated email that the role was filled.
