Varias entrevistas e processo seletivo muito longo. Critério de avaliação muito rigoroso. Início com headhunter depois passando a ser entrevistado por vários gestores de áreas diferentes. Comitê para entrevistar em conjunto e tirar todas as dúvidas e testar o candidato

They always end up selecting internal candidate. Thus, it seems to me just wasting time to interview with this company. I am not clear what the intention here. To see what is out there or just full-filling the requirements.

A discussion more than an interview. Several different rounds to go though. A long process overall but to be expected when its a big company. Overall not a terrible process but expect it to take a long time.

Interview
The whole process took over 4 months. Didn’t make contact when they said they would. Had to follow up. Changed the position description half way through. Interviewers and stakeholders were clearly not aligned on the role or the expectations of it. Unprofessional, did not receive an offer, but even if I had I would’ve turned it down. It had gotten to a stage where it was clear that this wasn’t going to be the correct workplace for me.
