The interview process begins with explanation of the job scope and benefits of the role. Then a self-introduction by the interviewee and review of the resume. For the most part, they want to review your personality and fit to the role. They will then ask some questions to test knowledge and wits.

They gave a situation with a client and i was suppose to resolve the issue.
it was okay. interviewer was very friendly. the interview lasted for 20+ mins. but the interviewer gave false hope about getting the role. so i dont know what to feel about that.
