Interview
Interview and HR processes were fine, however after being offered the position and confirming with them that I was the only candidate, hiring manager decided to hire someone else that can start work immediately and with lower salary. Extremely unprofessional and unethical of the company, i would not recommend joining such a company. During interview and post interview showing differing attitudes, even the HR is unprofessional in giving good reason for last minute retracting of offer.

Typically, 2-3 round of interviews.
1st would be HR as first screening. Once you pass, interview with your direct line manager. The last round would either manager from related dept, or 1 level above line managers.
Non professional questions directed by hr which does not relate to the role at all. hr uses inappropriate ways to analyse candidate suitability for behaviroal screening. Trade does not need to be humiliating, you dont hire robots
Began with phone screening, followed by up to 5 rounds of interviews with HR, hiring manager and several stakeholders. Asked about experience, motivations and some behavioural questions. There was also a personality test.
