I joined dsm as a controller after having taken part in a business course. It was a pleasant experience. Including much exposure to the exposure to senior management who took an interest in hires of junior recruites.

All good, very well organised (HR was always responsive, and very cooperative to change time or find another slot), proffesional colleagues (It was clear tehy know what they do, and doing their best) and smooth (no arrogant approach, or tricky questions, no discrimination)
Respectful, and with true interest in candidate profile.
