Interview
HR will first email you to make an appointment for a quick phone interview. During the interview, HR won't ask very specific technical questions (they don't know and they just compare it with what's on your resume. If you passed this interview then HR will coordinate an interview for you and the hiring manager. Then followed by a onsite interview with group members and a VP.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone call (30 minutes) during which they asked you to briefly describe yourself, both personally and professionally, and explain your motivation for working with them. Next, there was a video call with scientists, which primarily consisted of a friendly yet technical discussion about your background and how you would approach research questions. Even though I did not receive a job offer, the recruiter soon provided me with very detailed feedback. Overall, the interview process was conducted very professionally.

Interview
First call with an external HR and for this all good, 2 weeks after another external HR contacted my via e-mail to schedule an interview in person. The HR was not present in this second steps, overall it was a nice talk, really good sharing of questions and really kind person from the team. Then the wrost ghosting ever seen in my life. They promise 1/2 weeks for replying and they ghost me in severl ways ignoring e-mails for follow-up (even positive or negative). Extremely pointless, useless and this pissed me off more and more again because people take time to prepare for interviews and to come to your company site to do the steps, if your policy is to ghosting people then trying to not making me using my time and my hope to get the job.
