They asked questions regarding your previous work experience. Also they asked questions that were "about me" questions...I always find those the most difficult. Not a fan of talking about myself.
You must be very honest with your answers, do not sugar coat anything because the can tell what youre saying is complete BS. Focus on customer interactions and experiences in the field of retail.
There aren't really any difficult questions, just be sure to think your answer through and present yourself well.
