The video interview was just prerecorded question videos, you have about 90 seconds to think of an answer and then your answer is recorded. Nothing personal is asked, it's all situational judgement questions.
Why did you apply for this role and Programme? Other questions were largely situational with very specific scenarios, but they commonly want to see how you would react in a situation where there's more work than you would typically be used to as well as how you would interract with managers, colleagues and other teams.
