I was asked to self-evaluate my computer skills such as MS Excel and SharePoint. There were no difficult questions asked in particular.

Extreme lack of professionalism, and tricked questions that I am not sure are even legal to ask. The set up felt uncomfortable and unfair, with a focus on personal questions, rather than related to the position or professional background. If offered, I would have definitely rejected an offer if the process went further. I cannot speak for Strayer University as a whole, but at least the Augusta, GA campus leadership lacks actual leadership capabilities. What a sad reality for adult learning professionals seeking higher education.
