Interview questions were fairly standard, nothing unexpected. It helps to have an example of how you have demonstrated your ability to influence others in your current or previous role. I was asked to present 2-3 projects for my portfolio review.

They ask basic questions about your experience and whether you are used to working remotely. Nothing too difficult.
