I interviewed in the Finance Dept.. They were rude and arrogant. I obviously have more experience & knowledge compared to the interviewers. They knew this and engaged in ageism.  Prospective, current and former employees are Customers Too.  After the horrible, bizarre and unprofessional job interview, I'll Never buy and Never recommend Danone products ever again! There are other manufacturers (e.g. Nestle, etc.)!!! If you're going to discriminate based on age & experience, do Not bother setting up the interviews! Age & experience are obvious from the Resumes!!!

They provided a power point slide and asked candidates to produce a 20 min electronic presentation on how to solve a specific change management problem. Not about themselves, their skills or attributes. The whole process felt to me that it was one sided, as if the engagement may have been more about gather potential approaches from a range of candidates without any mutual investment or engagement in return. It felt all about the problem, nothing about the candidates experience.
