Some of the competency questions I remember: -Tell us about a time when you took a risk? -What would you say are you strengths? -What is your biggest weakness? -What was the best team you worked in? -Tell us about a time you worked in a bad team/things when wrong.
Talk about your past projects, and your carrer path
Before the test, just review most basic concept (pointers ), and be careful anwsering the code questions (don't omit any details, for example, the logic itself might be right, it is just a variable scope problem which I relaised this after the test.)

what does Capgemini do, what would you do as CEO to improve employee quality of life, what do you know about cloud technology?
Tell me of a time where you had to take into account business impact when making a decision.
