She asked why I would be a good fit for the position, not from an experience standpoint, but from a developmental standpoint.
Really nothing unexpected. All questions pretty much as the recruiter had said. Got cut off on the video conference though which was unexpected.
Most questions were very broad and generic. Examples include "Give an example of a time you exercised leadership" or "Give an example of a time you faced a difficulty and explain how you overcame it."
The questions are all similar, some more relevant than others, all require a brief explanation of the situation, more information about what you did (behaviors) and a little bit about the outcome.
All were behavioral questions, can be answered based on STAR method.
There weren't any difficult questions. Despite being a consulting firm, they didn't go through the typically obtuse consulting interview process.

asked about my on campus experiences. I guess this was just to create a conversational tone to the interview but it was weird because I've been out of college for 2 years and had more recent experience that would have been better to speak about in the interview but when I tried to change the subject to my work experience, she seemed dissatisfied with my answers.
