Q: tell me about a time you used data to persuade someone
How would you improve the collaboration in the product? How would you structure your teams? What would you bring to the leadership team?
- They just asked about my day-to-day activities and very few questions. - At the beginning of itself they told me about the role and I too told them my understanding. The interview went fine, not much was asked. - At the end when I again asked about the role, they told an altogether different story. Which was quite disappointing, I gave answers as per the initial discussion & the JD. Even the 2-page JD was quite different to what they told in the end.
There was really no interview questions.
