The case study: The purpose of the presentation is to demonstrate your understanding of the process: Which data would you use for providing this file? Which events would you take into consideration to provide accurate calculations? (Events like hiring, etc.) ? Which checks / controls would you put in place on a monthly basis to test the reliability of your results? Which stakeholder do you involve to as accurate as possible submit the monthly bonus accruals to the finance department? How can we make the process more reliable, accurate and efficient?
