Leadership and scenario questions were fine, but the old school technical questions were rough. They put you on the spot to whiteboard out and answer. If you've been working with any SaaS solutions and APIs in the past 10 years (e.g. any modern system) then it's one of the worst experiences ever. It was old school algorithms that they wanted, not your knowledge of modern systems.
