As someone else stated in here they have open positions all year and it seems like they are hiring but they are not. They asked me about my academic background and my research and two behavioural/scenario based questions. I believe their initial purpose was just to provide to them free consultation about my research. The same day of the interview they informed me that the position has been filled. Or they are just a small company and don't know what they are doing, because in a reasonable and fair recruitment process all candidates must be on the same stage.
Nothing too difficult or extraordinary as I could remember.
