Not really difficult that I can remember, know the usual behavioral questions, strengths/weaknesses, challenges, teamwork experiences, etc.

Interview questions were mostly around experience.
Why do you want to work for PCS?
Other than the online eval, there were not many questions concerning actual technical knowledge; most of the questions were "how did you handle this situation" or "what sorts of projects have you worked on" types of inquiries. Since I have mostly worked on the infrastructure side and this is what they were looking for, this was pretty logical.

Basically didn't pass the test on purpose, because it was just totally absurd. Just like an taking the SAT, you start guessing just to get through it and I figured the test represented the culture and I figured I'd pass. The following week, got a rejection email.
