I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at innocent in May 2023
Interview
It was a 3 stage interview, 1st stage was with my manager where we spoke about my experience, what I'm looking for, pretty standard. 2nd stage was a task with my business partner and manager which was virtual and I have a few days to prepare. Final stage was in person with a tour and more focussed on values. The interview process was really nice and very engaging. I think the comms from HR and the HR team were the best parts the emails were so fun and cool, it definitely made me want the job

Question 1
About my values and how they align with the companies
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at innocent (Londen, Engeland) in Apr 2025
Interview
A very fluid process. Initially I had an introduction call with Nina who was a senior member of the people team to gauge my background, personality and expectations. I then met with the hiring manager so he could understand more about myself and for me to understand more about the role, the business overall and the culture. I was then asked to prepare a case study for the next stage and to present and discuss the results with the hiring manager. The final stage was with the hiring manager and Nina which was competency based. Certainly one of the most fluid processes from initial interview to offer. Could not fault anything.
