They asked me to write a review letter about one of the employees based on a reviews from team lead and project manager during the interview. They gave me 15 minutes for this. After I wrote it, they were paying attention to grammar and punctuality more than content of this letter.
What is an example of an internal communication tactic that you think would be beneficial for this environment?
There were a lot of questions about working with multiple stakeholders, asking for examples of when things went wrong, something I worked on that I was proud of etc.
How will you implement an internal communications strategy?
