1) Give an example of a communications challenge you dealt with in your previous role.
Mediums. How would you connect to a specific audience? Channels, platforms, understanding.
Around 5 or 6 oral questions followed by a couple of written questions - salary and start date.
Pretty standard stuff: - Tell me about your background - Why eyeo? - What makes you qualified for the role? - How do you resolve conflict? - What is your thought process around internal communication? - How do you measure communication success? - Assuring culture is easier in an office, but how do you include people who are remote? Stuff like this. Then there were lots of other questions about values, your beliefs, what you like, dislike etc. A really well-rounded process.
