What have you been doing previously?
Even though this job requires native English and business Japanese level the entire interview was conducted in Japanese. They first asked me to introduce myself (自己PR) and then do I have plans to go back to my country. One question they seemed heavily focused on was about their website. What do I think about it? What changes would I make if working for their PR department? If you can read Chinese what do you think about their Chinese website?
What was the biggest accomplishment in your current job?
How do you see Hong Kong nowadays? Why do you want to work for HKTDC? Why did you not consider going back to work for the government?
