Too long ago to recall exact questioning. They use the STAR approach for all questions.
If you have 10 cars, with a only a 3 lane circuit (as NASCAR). The 3 lane circuit does not tell you the time, it only tell you the winner of that race. How do you determine the winner from the 10 cars?

Asked the same questions multiple times. Interviewers were not in-sync with each other, and were reading from a questions list.
The interviewer was focused on getting all his questions answered and writing down the responses. I was cut off during my first question where I was asked to introduce myself and skills. Told to keep it at 30,000 feet and that we only had 45 mins and he needed to get through his questions.
