You get 3 clients demanding immediate solutions by EOD, each facing enormous losses the longer they have to go without a solution. They've called within an hour of each other; one at 9, one at 10, one at 11. You're not familiar with any of the problems and the rest of the tech team is caught up with their own clients. What do you do?

They asked about a number of topics, from cloud to architecture to security to databases to virtualisation. Questions were honest, meaning that they did not ask for factlets that one can just google, but they try to assess actual understanding of topics, plus ability to plan/design and troubleshoot when needed.
