During the interview, the nurse managers also inquired about a scenario where a patient became upset, and how I handled the situation.
They are mainly looking to see that you will show up for work as scheduled, can work for extended periods (12-16 hours per day) as necessary, can work in hot/cold climates, can follow procedures, are detail oriented (filling out logs and other paperwork), don't have unsafe habits that may occur in the work place and that you don't mind working a rotating schedule (swing shifts).
