You don't have to run the code, just look at the code base and assess the PR which adds an endpoint, small business logic and a migration - nothing too fancy. You can look at it ahead of the interview.

Starts off with introduction about herself, the role, the company the team and if I'm interested to proceed with the call. - Tell me about yourself - Your leadership style - Conflict resolution - Dealing with a low performing employee - How to promote diversity and inclusion Pretty standard questions but I did not get past the hiring manager stage.
Questions were completely out of the scope of the job description. Interviewer kept trying to add nuances to the questions until he could finally figure out what he wanted to ask. Definitely trying to flex his muscles but I am getting my PhD in that technology. He was threatened.
