First and one of the important thing: we talked with Hiring manager for an hour or longer in English. She asked me about my experience step by step and my motivation for moving from one company to another. Also, I've been asked several questions related to my recruitment skills, pretty logical and professionally.

What are you looking for in a company culture?
Asked to describe how I would manage expectations across multiple stakeholders in matrix environment.
Questions were very static and didn't dig in to anything about me. It was more compusary asking things that were clearly listed in my resume and I'd already done in the application process and previous calls. Nothing about my actual skills. Complete waste of time.
