Several technical questions. Difficulty level will depend on preparation and mental state. For me, a couple of data interpretation questions were difficult and I reasoned out the correct answer. The interviewer told me that they throw these curveballs all the time.

Can you tell me about a time a cross-functional stakeholder did not deliver on a promise, and how did you handle that?
Do you have experience speaking with the C-suite? (They want to make sure you have executive presence for this mid-career level role.)
Most questions were pretty standard strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments, etc. There was a desire for more some more technical depth in survey analysis (such as cross-tabs), yet overall it wasn't extremely difficult.
Describe a time when you had to deal with a stakeholder who did not agree with your recommendations.
The assessment had various tests and questions focussing on data visualiziation, interpretation, and knowledge of statistical methods.
