If you had a project you were leading and it appeared that it would finish behind schedule and over cost what would be your plan of attack?
The questions were focused on how I would employ the limited resources available to the office during the upcoming two to three fiscal years and how I would be able to improve performance and morale of existing personnel.
The initial phase of the interview was largely resume-oriented, focusing on my background and introduction. There were no technical questions or in-depth discussions at the beginning; it was more about my experience and qualifications.
